Mariam Bakradze is a Lisbon-based operator who builds and executes systems end to end across product, operations, growth, and content. She works in high-stakes, ambiguous environments where things need to be designed, built, and scaled under real pressure.
She's built ventures from the ground up: co-founded Prometheus Land Georgia (tourism business with partnership networks across Italy, Germany, Malaysia, and Ethiopia-still operational), led foundational execution at greenbook.ai (renewable energy intelligence platform: data infrastructure, market analysis, SQL/Python workflows),evoca.club (curated retreat platform) and built Assisto (live task marketplace in Lisbon, bootstrapped, solving relocation and community access gaps through AI agents and LLM implementation).
In parallel, she executes high-volume content and strategy work for clients: 10+ influencers across multiple genres (full content production-photography, videography, video editing, short-form content, brand systems),companies like Veli Store/ Redmed (end-to-end content campaigns: video/animation production, visual strategy, design systems and illustration for complex topics), plus AI-powered copywriting and content workflows that move fast. She's also co-created Relatable, a podcast on immigration and mental health, and worked with UNDP (art direction for published government cybersecurity guide), National Center for Disease Control and Public Health and WHO (national registry systems), and Droni/Erasmus+ (EU-funded program facilitation and mentorship).
Her toolkit spans content production at scale, AI-enabled workflows and LLM integration, financial and market analysis, product execution, and operational build-out. She operates where creative systems meet strategic execution-consistently delivering across public sector, startups, and creator economies.
Tbilisi-raised and educated in Georgia and Hungary (BA, MSc Health Policy Planning and Financing). Outside of work, she is a musician, techno DJ, film photographer, and videographer.
